The first interview consists of a 60-minute phone call with a consultant.

The interviewer will be asking open ended questions about your specific skills and knowledge as well as your job expectations.

Speak to a senior team member who will answer all of your questions about the position in detail and provide you with information on how you will potentially work together as colleagues.

You’ll usually meet with one or two Avantiico consultants, a partner, and a cross-functional representative, for about 60 minutes.

For most roles you will be asked to do a presentation on a given topic related to your domain. If you are applying for a hands-on Dynamics 365 role a sandbox environment will be provided for you to prepare.

For developer candidates, we want to understand your coding skills and technical areas of expertise e.g. Visual Studio, X++, .NET, C#, Application Lifecycle Model (ALM), XML, Azure, AIF, and MDX etc. There’s generally some back and forth in these discussions, just like there is on the job.
