Many Dynamics 365 users are excited for the 2019 Release Wave 2 Updates to be available for early access. Microsoft provides users with early access to release features so that customers and partners can together validate the features before their official release in a non-production environment. This way, organizations using Dynamics 365 can feel comfortable rolling out the new October 2019 features to their team members. For this reason, Avantiico recommends opting in to test the features ahead of time.

Warning: Before continuing to read this article, please read the following. Before attempting to enable a Production Environment, Avantiico recommends that your company create a copy of your Product environment and put it into a Sandbox environment to test out the new features. It is extremely important to note that once these features are turned on (once you enable the Wave 2 Release Updates), they cannot be turned back off. We recommend always testing new features in a Sandbox environment and later enabling them in a Production environment once you and your team members are confident.

As A Microsoft Gold Partner, Avantiico can help you:

  • Understand the Dynamics 365 Release Wave 2 Plan
  • Understand the impact the Release Wave 2 Plan will have on your users
