Compatibility with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O

The Avantiico 3PL Billing Automation solution is built as an add-on to Dynamics 365 F&O basic modules: Account Receivable, and Product Information Management. The solution follows the Microsoft version release closely. The use of other modules is related to the business needs and decision for ERP process handling within Dynamics 365 F&O.

The 3PL Billing Automation solution is completely embedded with Dynamics 365 F&O and is able to integrate with other ERP systems.

With this minimum foundation of the product the overhead cost is minimal and based on Microsoft licensing. The recorded data is extensive as transactions are recorded based on many triggers.

High Level Overview of 3PL Billing Automation Solution

Avantiico 3PL Billing Automation solution solves a key gap in the 3PL industry with the ability to navigate high volume of billing activity transactions, including value added services, every billing period, automating the creation of customer invoices in a cost effective, timely, and accurate manner.

The Avantiico 3PL Billing Automation solution is warehouse system independent and allows for deployment with Dynamics 365 F&O&SCM Advanced WMS and/or many different external WMS systems, and different sources for other applications such as for Procurement, Expense / Travel, Fulfillment etc. via included APIs.

The Avantiico 3PL Billing Automation module’s effectiveness is based on several key principles:
