Solution architects are essential to our consulting work. Our solution architect teammates possess deep technical and functional knowledge of Microsoft solutions and the ability to architect and re-engineer efficient business processes for our clients. Our supply chain architects are given the opportunity to challenge themselves and drive real change in the businesses of our enterprise clients.
At Avantiico, solution architects guide clients through upgrades and implementations, focusing on high-level system design utilizing Microsoft cloud software. Our solution architects perform many of the functional tasks that go along with a successful implementation. As with all consulting roles, the ability to communicate effectively with the client is integral to success in this position. If you are a Microsoft product technical expert with excellent organization skills and requisite industry knowledge for the specific position, you will excel as a solution architect at Avantiico.
Crucial members of the consulting and implementation team are business consultants. At Avantiico, business consultants can be either functional consultants, technical consultants or both. They are expected to analyze business requirements and processes and provide guidance in terms of Microsoft product recommendations and business process optimization. Most consultants at Avantiico have a Microsoft solution area that they specialize in to provide deep knowledge to project teams.
Business consultants work with project managers to ensure the highest quality solution and client satisfaction. They provide the functional and/or technical expertise to conduct requirements gathering sessions, conduct workshops with clients, and build solutions that best match client needs.
Microsoft implementation project managers guide our clients through their implementation journeys from start to finish. Our PM’s develop relationships with our customers and create roadmaps they can trust. Their duties include ensuring projects adhere to budgets, service level agreements, timeframes, scope, and efficient resource allocation. Overall, providing transparency between our clients, internal teams, and any involved partners.
Familiarity with Sure Step methodology, as well as industry best practices are essential to these positions. Effective project execution is dependent on organization and adherence to best practices. Knowledge of the Microsoft solutions being implemented is a significant benefit to project managers guiding implementations.
The marketing team at Avantiico is comprised of multifaceted people with a mixture of soft and hard skills. Our marketers are involved in our analytical and creative tasks that drive effective brand curation. Our marketers utilize data captured through many avenues and analyze it to assess campaign success and create more targeted campaigns in the future. Creative tasks include graphic design related activities, video, blog, newsletter, and social media content creation. However, we are always looking to expand our activities into more areas and utilize our teammates’ skillsets!

Technical skills are also utilized in Avantiico’s marketing team, with Microsoft product knowledge and web development skills always highly valued. Sales personnel at Avantiico are specialists in building customer relationships and demoing Microsoft solutions. Sales speaks to leads that come in from many sources and have Microsoft product knowledge to provide direction. This direction includes licensing expertise and functional knowledge of the Microsoft solutions we sell. Sales determine whether these leads are an ideal fit for our services and maintain ongoing relationships with them even after they become clients.
Sales works closely with the marketing team, project management team, and our consultants. Sales teammates are expected to maintain the CRM software data, keeping it as up to date as possible for effective marketing and accurate reporting. Sales is also involved in light requirements gathering that can give our project manager and consultants direction when they are brought onto a project.
