ABOUT THE POSITION

YOUR FOCUS

Develop roadmaps, assist and guide client teams through end-2-end implementation lifecycles, development of client relations
Build and plan team deployments, manage resources utilization, project scope, time, budget and quality
Provide plan transparency and deliver guidance with executive briefings, project status meetings with client teams
Participates in the resource capacity planning session
Escalate potential project issues in a timely manner and develop a risk management plan with the client stakeholders
Deliver projects with Microsoft LCS, Azure DevOps, CRP, Sure Step, and industry trend best practices and methodologies to execute projects effectively
Assist with pre-sales activities (proposal response, estimations, presentation, webinar, blog, etc.)

The Project Manager leads a highly experienced team using their implementation experience in change management, business process workshops, Microsoft Dynamics Conference Room Pilots (CRP), Life Cycle Services (LCS), Azure DevOps, Microsoft Sure Step and other tools and project methodologies during the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics ERP and CRM solutions. To succeed in this position, the Project Manager must have functional business and application knowledge in Dynamics AX/D365 to lead projects, clients, and teams effectively. Avantiico strives to give all team members a work-life balance. Travel for the Project Manager position is approximately 25-35% and the remaining work can be done remotely. Salary will be commensurate with experience.

Bachelors Degree Required

Remote

Over five years of demonstrated knowledge and experience with managing initiatives for Microsoft Dynamics 365/AX
At least five years of project management experience in ERP implementation
Successful completion of managing and leading one complete full lifecycle Dynamics 365/AX implementation project with budgets exceeding $1M USD
Ability to organize and lead multiple projects simultaneously
Experience managing both onsite and geographically disbursed project teams
Experience as a Business Consultant knowledgeable in Finance, Trade & Logistics, Manufacturing, Projects, or HR/Payroll modules is a plus
Undergraduate Degree with a preference for degrees in Business, Finance, or IT related field.
Over three years' experience working in an advisory role to clients
Experience using Azure DevOp methodology, Life Cycle Services, and project management tools and industry trends to plan and track complex projects
Project Management Professional (PMP) and other similar industry-recognized certification including APICS, Microsoft Dynamics 365, certification a plus (D365 Financial Management and others), or the ability to obtain after joining within 90 days of employment
Strong advisory and presentation skills
